Our installation department will set up a time and day for the installation that’s most convenient for you and fits with your schedule. Installations usually take about one day.
Are There Additional Costs, Other Than The Purchase Of The Peace Of Mind Comfort Program?
NO. With the Peace Of Mind Comfort Program, all heating and cooling system maintenance, air filters, and covered repairs are included with the purchase of your new HVAC system!
Will someone show me how to use the heating and cooling system and the thermostat?
Yes. Our HVAC installation technician will answer all your questions about how the system works. They’ll walk you through how to properly operate the new thermostat and show you how to change the air filters as required.
What happens to my old HVAC system?
Our HVAC installation technicians will safely remove and dispose of your old heating and cooling system in an environmentally friendly manner.
How do I schedule maintenance for my heating and cooling system?
F.H. Furr will contact you to schedule the annual heating and cooling system maintenance. However, if you need to reschedule that appointment, contact us at your earliest convenience.
How long does this Peace of Mind Comfort Program service last? What happens when it ends?
The standard term for the Peace of Mind Comfort Program is 10 years. At the end of the term, you may choose to do any of the following actions:
1) Keep running the system until you decide on a replacement. After the 10th year, all maintenance and filter replacement become the homeowner’s responsibility.
2) Upgrade to a new system by purchasing a new Peace of Mind Comfort system.
What if I sell my house:
Great News! If you sell your home, the benefits of the Peace of Mind Program stay with the system. So, if you sell your home five years after the purchase, the incoming homeowner will have 5 years of worry-free protection! What a benefit!
Who do I contact if I want to transfer the Peace of Mind Comfort System Benefits?
