Furr will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issues. If we are unable to make the system perform according to design specifications verified by a manufacturer\u2019s representative, we will remove the system and refund your money in full. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If, for any reason, the equipment we installed fails to heat or cool your home within the first year, we will fix it for FREE, including parts and labor. If we don\u2019t get it fixed within 48 hours after diagnosing the problem (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), we are going to show up with a check for $500, just for your discomfort and inconvenience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship. They wear floor savers, use dropcloths, clean up when they are finished, and take personal responsibility for your complete satisfaction. They are polite and courteous and will not swear or smoke in your home. They will treat your home with respect and complete the job with speed and precision. All property (such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames) is protected. Damaged property will either be repaired or replaced to your satisfaction. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating or air conditioning equipment is 100% perfect all of the time. If the compressor in your air conditioner or the heat exchanger in the furnace fails during the first year of operation, we will remove the \u201clemon\u201d and install a completely new unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your new system fails to keep you comfortable for the first year after installation, F.H. Furr will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we can not maintain 75 degrees on a 95-degree day and 68 degrees on a 13-degree day on the thermostat, we will replace the system at no charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We guarantee the quality of our installations. If any of our connections, such as refrigerant, gas, electrical, condensate, air duct, control wiring, and flue, fail due to poor workmanship, we will repair the connection free of charge for the life of the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
