The Air Conditioning Maintenance Process

Your Maintenance & Safety Inspection Technician will investigate and share with you any & all safety-related matters that we uncover. We will also identify any maintenance your system may need for maximum efficiency, comfort, reliability, and longevity. During your Maintenance & Safety Inspection, our service technician will perform a 50-point inspection of your home cooling system that will take about an hour or so to complete.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Inspect air filtration system
- Run test to verify proper sequence of operation
- Check refrigeration system performance, including:
- Refrigerant level
- Temperatures / pressures & other associated refrigeration parameters
- Investigate any improper restrictions, or low refrigerant levels if/when found
- Flush drain
- Inspect electrical connections, wiring harness & disconnect (as applicable)
- Inspect the contactor for integrity, improper resistance, pitting or burning.
