Geothermal Heat Pumps Tax Credit/ENERGY STAR
You may be able to recoup up to 30% of your expenses if you have recently installed a geothermal heat pump. There is no cap on how much you can get back, as long as your residence and your equipment qualify for this credit. Air Source Heat Pumps Tax Credit/ENERGY STAR
You may be able to recoup up to 30% or $2,000 of your expenses if you are looking to install a qualifying heat pump split system. This Tax Credit has applications for the following, Ducted split systems, Ductless Mini split System, and Gas Furnaces 97% AFUE or higher. Please reference chart below.
