Here’s what to expect From F.H. Furr during your installation:
You will receive a phone call the day before your installation to confirm the appointment; you will receive a second phone call the morning of the installation to let you know that our Installation Team is on their way to your home.
Our Installation Team will arrive at your home in a clearly marked F. H. Furr truck with everything necessary to complete the installation. They will introduce themselves upon arrival and you’ll never have to worry about who is in your home because every employee at F. H. Furr is thoroughly background checked and drug tested.
Respect for Your Home
Our Installation Team will treat you and your family with courtesy, respect and politeness. They will protect your home by wearing boot covers and will put down drop cloths from point of entry to their work area.
Our Installation Team will remove your old system and install your new comfort system and accessories. Upon completion our Installation Team will review everything you need to know to operate and enjoy your new home comfort system.
Upon completion our Installation Team will remove the old equipment from your home and clean up their work area leaving it cleaner then they found it.
